Le Cordon Bleu participates in the first Istanbul Sirha Exhibition March 7 to 9, 2013 |
| After its participation to the 16th Sirha in Lyon, Le Cordon Bleu will be present at the Sirha Istanbul: the international meeting place for the hotels, restaurants and catering trades in Turkey. |
| This exhibition will bring together many chefs, culinary students, and more than 150 companies including importers, distributors and manufacturers. For this first edition, more than 15,000 visitors are expected. |
| During the Sirha, and for the very first time, will take place the Turkish selection for the next Bocuse d’Or competition (2015). In addition to this event, young and talented chefs will be revealed by the Omnivore World Tour festival and Gastrobosphorous Pâtisserie competition. |
| Frédéric Lesourd, Le Cordon Bleu Paris Chef Instructor, will be presenting cooking techniques with the oven manufacturer Bourgeois and he will perform an exceptional culinary demonstration for the Omnivore festival opening (March 7 at 10:45am). |
Le Cordon Bleu International is also delighted to announce the official Grand Opening of Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul on March 6 with the Ozyegin University. Gilles Company, Technical director and Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul, will be present.
